How It Works
The Injection Molding Process
Material Preparation
Plastic granules are dried and mixed with colorants in the hopper dryer and mixer
Plasticizing
The screw melts the plastic at precisely controlled temperatures (180–300°C)
Injection
Molten plastic is injected into the closed mold under high pressure (up to 2,000 bar)
Cooling
Water channels in the mold rapidly cool and solidify the plastic part
Ejection
The mold opens and ejector pins release the finished part — cycle complete
